MAWCA 2026 RegistrationWhat is included with conference registration?Registration for Friday includes access to MAWCA's afternoon workshop, which will be followed by a reception with snacks at its conclusion. Registration for Saturday includes breakfast and lunch as well as access to the day's proceedings. MAWCA members receive discounted conference registration rates every year, so if you'd like to join our organization with a Professional Membership or add an entire writing center staff with a Center Membership before registering, please click here. Presenters must register by March 19 for inclusion in the conference program, but registration for non-presenting attendees will be available through March 27 and 28.
guest passFor partners, parents, or other supporters who will accompany a presenter to MAWCA 2026, we also offer a Guest Pass that covers the costs of meals on Friday and/or Saturday! If you are a co-presenter on a panel at this year's conference, though, please register according to the rate table listed above. However, caregivers, medical assistants, nurses, and other similar personnel can attend the MAWCA conference for free. If you have questions, contact us for more information.
